Shipping
All orders are processed within 3 – 5 business days, shipped via UPS. Orders are usually delivered within 5 days from shipping. Shipping rates are determined by the weight of your purchased items and your location. When an item is added to your shopping cart and your postal or zip code is entered, the exact shipping charge will be displayed and processed on your credit card along with the order.

Please note that as the weight and volume of the order goes up, the shipping costs go down proportionately. We don’t offer expedited shipping.

Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied on receipt of your order, you may return all toys and clothing within 10 days. Unfortunately, pillows, comforters and health products are non-returnable items. Please return any toys or clothing unused, unwashed and in their original packaging, including the original receipt and a note detailing your reason for the return. Then please tell us if you would like an exchange (such as a different size), a refund on your credit card or a credit on your account towards future purchases.
Shipping charges on returns are your responsibility and must be prepaid, unless we have made a mistake in placing your order. We will pay the shipping of an exchanged order, back to you. On returning an item there will be no refund on the original shipping charges. For customers from the US, or other countries, please write “Return of Goods Originating in Canada” on the outside of the package. Also, please retain your postal receipt as proof of shipping to us.
